This has to be the most beautiful motocross bike ever.
Everything is exactly where it should be.
After Months of negotiations and anticipating the arrival, we finally got to uncrate the bike.
Hard to believe it finally arrived.

If you look careful, you can see where it was welded over where is said Monark and Lito was engraved.
Sten preferred the AMC gearbox.

Dunlop of England made these exclusive back rims for Sten that were very strong and very lightweight.
The sound this bike makes is like bag pipes. Those are Sten's original Girlings shocks.
Note the very expensive conical tubing on the swingarm. This was for lees weight. The entire frame and swingarm was made from the highest quality of chrome moly tubing in the world at that time, and that happened to be from Sweden. Also note the unique chain adjuster design.

Lito founder Kaj Bornebush and Sten reunite with the world championship one last time at Saxtorp for a Swedish TV show. Sten is in his original gear from 1961 and donated all the gear to the IMM with the sale of the bike.
Sten navagates Saxtorp. The earth shook once again before the Lito was sent to the IMM.
Just like the old days. I'm sure Sten and Kaj had a great time reminiscing about that 1961 500 World Championship.
